General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Dog Language School

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Dog Language School network.
A “client” is any natural or legal person who places an order with Koerakeele Kool OÜ, trading as Dog Language School, via our secure payment platforms (Stripe or PayPal) or other approved payment methods.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a Dog Language School website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time; however, the price applied to an order will be the one announced at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing an order. Payment methods accepted include Stripe and PayPal, using major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). International cards are accepted. We do not accept American Express.

All online payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal, which encrypt all transmitted information. Koerakeele Kool OÜ is not responsible for the security of the payment system itself; Stripe and PayPal manage all security guarantees.

Article 5: Delivery / Access to Course

For digital products (courses, video lessons, downloads), access is delivered immediately after payment via a secure members-only area. Clients receive login credentials and instructions by email.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their email address is correct. In case of technical issues preventing access, we will make all reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a refund according to our refund policy.

Article 6: Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital products are delivered immediately, so refunds can only be issued if the client has not accessed the course content.
If a technical issue prevents access, the client must contact support immediately to resolve the problem.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Koerakeele Kool OÜ.

Article 7: Liability / Disclaimer

The courses and materials provided by Dog Language School are for educational purposes only.
Clients are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken with their dogs based on course content.
It is the client’s responsibility to consider the physical and mental health of their dog, and to consult a veterinarian for any medical concerns.
Koerakeele Kool OÜ, trading as Dog Language School, cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the application of course content.

Article 8: Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR for EU customers), you have the right to access, modify, and request deletion of personal data collected about you.

By purchasing a course or subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to Koerakeele Kool OÜ collecting and using your data to provide services, updates, and promotional information. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails.

Article 9: Applicable Law

All clauses in these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as all transactions referred to herein, are subject to Estonian law. Any disputes arising will fall under the jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
